Abstract
As the Christianity was recognized to state religion,the conception of Christianity marriage was infused into the Roman marriage law.It occurred to change the system of roman marriage,which varied widely in the betrothal,the marriage impediments,concubines,divorce and remarry.As the Roman emperor adopted the Christ belief and maintained the Roman customs,furthermore,the church is subordinated to the Roman empire,the Christianity in fact influenced the marriage system to some degree without complete Christianity.
