Abstract
The embedded real-time pressure measuring system is designed for armored cars.To compensating the thermal errors, the pressure sensor of isolation membrane and the amplifier with high common-mode rejection ratio are used as hard-compensation,and the curve fitting algorithm based on B-spline is adopted in microcontroller unit(MCU) for the system thermal errors soft-compensation.The experimental results show that the pressure non-linearity of whole system is improved to 0.05% full scale(FS),and the pressure measuring system has already been applied in a prototype car.
