Abstract

On the basis of discussion of errir distribution of non linearity output of pressure sensors, this paper presents a new non linearity compensation method of pressure sensors. Also, it introduces the taking value method for three basic parameters (A、ω、φ) in error modification, i.e. compensation factors. Through the compensation of realistic output data of two pressure sensors, the non linearity degrees are reduced from 2.01% and 2.06% prior to the compensation to 0.69% and 0.33% posterior to the compensation respectively.
