Abstract
Ten strains of wood-rot fungi were compared of their ability to produce lignin-degradation enzymes and viability,of which, three of them were separated and purified by the author and other seven strains were got from several culture collection agencies.Three strains which have more powerful ability to produce lignin-degradation enzymes and rapid mycelium growth rate were chosen.Their ability to degrade lignin in wheat straw and to produce lignin-degradation enzymes in liquid media were detected. The results show that Phanerochaete chrysosporium and Trametes versicolor Sp1 are high effective lignin-degradation fungi.Their can be the basis of further research.
