Clinical Observation on the Curative Effect of MTX Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of MTX combined with mifepristone and Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 158 inpatients are divided into two groups,treatment groups using MTX combined with mifepristone and Chinese traditional medicine with 82 cases and general group with 76 cases for comparison.Results Cure rate is 92.6% in treatment group with 6 failed cases,while is 73.6% in general group with 20 failed cases.The cure rate difference is significant(P0.05).Condusion The effect of using MTX combined with mifepristone and Chinese traditional medicine is better than using MTX alone,and has fewer unhealthy effect.As a conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy,it has nice clinical effect and some application prospect.
