Clinical observation on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy treated by mifepristone combined with methotrexate

Objective To explore the effects of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in treating the ectopic pregnancy.Methods From Feb.2006 to Dec.2008,96 cases of ectopic pregnancy with conservative treatment were treated.Make the therapy that mifepristone combined with methotrexate(50 cases)as the observer group,the only intramuscular injection of methotrexate(46 cases)as the control group.Results The treatment that mifepristone combined with methotrexate have a 96.0% cure rate,and the cure rate of the treatment only by methotrexate was 82.5%(P0.05).Conclusion In the conservative treatment of the ectopic pregnancy,the treatment of mifepristone combined with methotrexate have a higher cure rate than only by methotrexate.
