The Innovation of Government's Economic Function in the Process of Constructing a Harmonious Society

The innovation of government's economic function is the result from adapting to the change and development of society.Our government's new target of construction aharmonious societyhas brought forward a higher demand for government's economic function.This paper holds the view that if a better harmonious society is to be constructed,our government should take a series of methods and steps to change itself from the economic-building type to the economic-servicing type with the help of various nongovernmental organizations.
