Abstract
Objective:To explore the changes of serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM- 1),vascular adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1),and P-selectin level in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:A total of 85 patients with coronary heart disease, including 30 cases of SAP, 30cases of UA,and 25 cases of AMI,were subjected to detect the serum levels of sICAM-1,sV- CAM-l,and P-selectin using ELISA method.Fifty normal individuals was used as control.Re- sults:Compared with those of control, the serum levels of the four indexes mentioned above of AMI,UA,and SAP groups(P0.01)were higher. Conclusion:The four indexes mentioned above may involve in the pathogenesis and process of coronary heart disease, and might be an available index that reflexes the sevenity of coronary heart disease.
