On Diversisification——Characteristics of and Reflections on Xinjiang Cross-Cultural Education

Xinjiang cross-cultural education has its own characteristics as it is rich in diversified ethnic cultures.This paper holds,on the basis of the analysis of culture and the differences of ethnic cultures,that the multi-cultural educational theory cannot be fully applied to Xinjiang area.The cross-cultural education in Xinjiang must learn from the former Soviet Union and carry on in light of its own features,and advance cross-cultural education with the notion of harmonious culture.
