Abstract
To multi-ethnic coexistence’s Xinjiang,the multi-cultures’ coexistence is a wonderful work of Xinjiang national Cultures,which root in all kinds of different nation people,to impact and constraint the national production,living and exchanges.They have formed their own unique modernity in various cultural interaction and achieved own values under the leapfrog development model of Xinjiang : to admire Xinjiang and add to Xinjiang’s cultural life;to coordinate the development and protection of Xinjiang cultural resources,to boost the rapid development of national regional economy;to innovate cultural systems and mechanism,to enhance the cultural vitality;to create a new mechanism of talent.
