Abstract

Objective:To observe the changes of blood-stasis syndrome of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients during peri-operation interventional treatment, thus to supply evidence for the treatment of ACS with blood stasis. Methods:A perspective study was carried out in ACS patients during the peri-operation period. The information of traditional Chinese medical syndromes were collected and the score of blood stasis was evaluated with descriptive analysis and rank sum test. Results:The score of blood stasis was decreased after interventional treatment, and 51.5% of the ACS patients with severe blood-stasis syndrome were improved to be mild(P 0.05).The score of ACS blood-stasis patients complicated with other syndrome patterns was higher than that of the ACS patients with blood stasis alone.ACS blood-stasis patients complicated with yang-deficiency syndrome had the highest blood-stasis score, and phlegm-turbidity syndrome came next. Conclusion:The blood-stasis syndrome in most of the peri-operation ACS patients is relieved after interventional treatment. The blood-stasis syndrome in ACS patients complicated with other syndrome patterns is severer than that in ACS patients with blood stasis alone.
