Abstract
Effects of bagging with 7 different types of bags on New Zealand red pear fruit quality were studied. The results indicated that the internal fruit quality was slightly reduced by bagging with different bag types. The content of the soluble solids, total solub1e sugars of the most of bagged fruit were decreased, the content of titratable acidity and the vitamin C was increased by bagging treatments.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
