Abstract
Objective To identify the isloates of Aeromonas hydrophila clinically isolated and investigate the phathogenicity of its enterotoxin. Methods The isolates were cultured and observed under electron microscope and systemically identified with automatic bioassay device. The pathogenicity of enterotoxin was investigated by peritoneally injecting the enterotoxin into mouse. Results The Aeromonas hydrophila producing thermostatic enterotoxin is highly pathogenic. Conclusion Aeromonas hydrophila is associated with diarrhea.
