Abstract
The styrene-acrylic microemulsion was synthesized by emulsion polymerization with styrene and butyl acrylate as monomers, acrylic acid as functional monomer, potassium persulfate as initiator,SDS and OP-10 as complex emulsifier. The results showed that the suitable reaction temperature was about 80 ℃,and the optimum St/BA was 0.9~1.0.When the complex emulsifier content was about 5%,the initiator content was 0.4%~0.6%,and acrylic acid content was 2%~3%,the property of the microemulsion was excellent.
