Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Smecta combined with Bifico for acute diarrhea in children.Methods One hundred cases with diarrhea received symptomatic supportive therapy were divided randomly into two groups (n=50).The treatment group was administered with Bifico and Smecta,and the control group with Smecta only.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%,and of the control group was 74%.The mean recovery time of the two group was (50.54±6.22) h and (98.16±14.92) h respectively.There was a statistic difference (P 0.05).Conclusions Bifico combined with Smecta have good curative effect for infantile diarrhea.It is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
