Abstract
Objective To investigate the healing efficacy of smecta combined with bifico treating on children with diarrhea,in order to provide evidence for clinical.Methods Choose 122 children with diarrhea,randomly choose 76 patients as the observation group,treating them with smecta and bifico,the rest 46 patients as the control group,treating them only with smecta,compare the treatment time and efficacy after 3 days.Results Fever time,diarrhea time,length of stay in the hospital time were all shorter than the control group(P0.05);cure rate and efficiency rate were both higher than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Treating the diarrhea children with smecta and bifico could shorten the course of the disease than only using smecta,could improve the cure rate.
