Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pathways on the health education for community elderly hypertension patients.Methods 112 cases were randomly divided into control group(52 cases) and observation group(60 cases).The control group was under the traditional community health education,and the observation group according to clinical pathways was under the full time staff of health education and psychological counseling.Observed the effects of health education.Results The knowledge rate of disease,changes of cognitive attitude and bad behavior,satisfaction degree with community service work of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,while the SAS and SDS score were lower.All the differences were statistically significant(P 0.01).Conclusion The using of clinical pathways to supply health education for community elderly hypertension patients can let the patients acquire more knowledge of health education,improve the treatment compliance and service satisfaction,make emotional disorders better and maintain good health.
