Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing methods for patients underwent enteral nutrition after most part of gastric resection. Methods Sixty-four cases of large partial gastrectomy surgery patients were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given enteral nutrition therapy and full range of care measures. The treatment results and methods of care and patient feedback were detailedly recorded and comparatively analyzed. Results The intestinal function recovery time, anus flatus time, length of hospital stay of experimental group were better than those of the control group(P 0.05).The probability of complications such as hypoproteinemia, wound infection, abdominal distension, diarrhea in the experimental group were better than in the control group(P 0.05).The enteral nutrition effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The efficacy of nursing methods for patients underwent enteral nutrition after large partial gastrectomy surgery is significant, safe and reliable, and worthy of clinical use.
