Abstract

Project manager plays a very important role in project management for an enterprise.Under new situation of construction market of hydropower structures,higher requirements are specified for project manager of hydropower construction project.In this paper,value,quality and growth condition and staff development of project manager of hydropower construction project are discussed in order to give reference to select and train project managers for hydropower construction enterprise.
