Abstract
The role that construction project manager plays is analyzed from inner and exterior two aspects. The qualification and quality that every construction project manager should have are also given. Finally the choice way of project manager is introduced. Furthermore the writer pointed out that the quality of construction project manager is an important key for project quality and enterprise benefit.
