Abstract

The improved A/A/O process was used to treat the municipal wastewater in Dongming Wastewater Plant in Shandong Province.The results show that when the influent COD,BOD_5,SS,NH_3-N and TP average 320 mg/L,154 mg/L,142 mg/L,32 mg/L and 2.8 mg/L,their removal rates are 85%,88%, 86%,90% and 72% respectively.The effluent quality can reach theⅠ-B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
