Analysis on Predictive Value of Cystatin C on Pregnancy Hypertension Syndrome of 3-6 Months

Objectives To observe the predictive value of cystatin C on pregnancy hypertension syndrome of 3-6 months.Methods 485 patients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome of 3-6 months and 515 healthy pregnant women of the same gestational age were selected.Collecting blood serum and determining the serum cystatin C,blood urea,serum creatinine,uric acid and creatinine clearance rate.Results The comntent of serum cystatin C on pregnant women of 3~6 months in the observation group was(1.51±0.20)mg/L,which was higer significantly than the control group whose content of of serum cystatin C was(0.81±0.12)mg/L.The content of serum cystatin C on pregnancy hypertension syndrome of 3~6 months with late diagnosis of light,medium,heavy was higherthan the normal pregnancy group.And with the aggravation of degeree,the content increased significantly.The difference above had significance(P0.05).Conclusions Cystatin C has prediction function on the diagnosis and severe degree of pregnancy hypertension syndrome.Its sensibility was higher significantly than serum creatinine and other endogenous index.We should combine the clinical to assess in application,to improve the life quality of maternal.
