Abstract

Indoor inhibitory effects of 18 fungicides against Phytophthora capsici were tested by growth rate method. The results show that Phytophthora capsici is sensitive to chemical performance.Dimethomorph 50% WP,Pyraclostrobin 250 g / L EC,Cyazofamid 100 g / L SC,Flumorph 20%WP,Mancozeb 70% WP and Fluazinam 500 g / L SC have higher virulence,and their EC50 is less than 20 μg / m L. In different proportions of the 5 fungicides,20% Flumorph WP ∶ 50% Dimethomorph WP( 1 ∶ 5) and 500 g / L Fluazinam SC ∶ 100 g / L Cyazofamid SC( 3 ∶ 3) have most obvious synergistic effect,the co-toxicity coefficients of which are 2 409. 84 and 2 321. 76,respectively. Agents with better indoor antibacterial effects against Phytophthora capsici were screened. The research lays foundation for further field trials.
