Abstract
Objective:To explore follow-up value of ambulatory electrocardiogram(DCG) in patients received pacemaker. Methods: A total of 93 patients with pacemaker were examined by DCG. Pacing or sensing abnormalities and pace-maker-relater arrhythmias or symptoms were analyzed. Results: Sensing and pacing abnormalities were found in 29 cases (31. 18%), among them, 27 patients with pacing or sensing abnormalities noted only on Holter monitoring. After replaced pacemaker or adjusted the corresponding parameters of the pacemakers according to the Holter monitoring results,pacing or sensing abnormalities disappeared or improved in 78. 6% of them. Conclusion:Holter monitoring provides important information on pacemaker function, and shows to be clearly superior to DCG examine alone.
