Abstract
Objective To explore the acute Leukemia immunophenotype and its diagnosis value.Methods Assay the immune phenotype in 218 patients with acute leukemia by flow cytometer.Results The patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML) expressed more than two kinds of myeloid antigens;part of them expressed lymphatic antigens(CD7).The patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) expressed lymphatic antigens;part of them expressed one or two kinds of myeloid antigens.Fourteen patients with mixed acute leukemia(MAL) showed two kinds or more lymphoid and myeloid antigens.Four patients with chronic granular differentiated to acute lymphatic leukemia not only expressed myeloid antigens but also expressed lymphatic antigens.Conclusion The immunophenotype by flow cytometry is the important supplementary to acute leukemia diagnosis and typing in morphology and cytochemical dyeing foundation.
