Abstract

During the period of China's transition from planned economy to market economy,the Chinese media system has undergone a reform under the background of the culture system reform in 2003.Based on a description of the current development of the reform of Chinese media system,the paper analyses the existing problems in the reform and concludes that the establishment of the development mechanism of market-allocated resources should be fundamental,the government regulations be set up,and the media industry be led in a healthy way in the process of the multi-level interaction among the market orientation,the government regulations and the common interests.
