Chinese Government Reform and Innovation in the Reform Age

Government reform is a process in which the government adjusts and reforms the structure,function,and beheviour of its government system to adapt the social change.The economic system reform started from 1980s and the following social change and transition is the motivation of Chinese government reform and innovation.The government reform has made a great progress during the past 30 years,which can be seen in reestablishment of government administration value and return to publicity;government function and administration structure increasingly reasonable;government functioning system increasingly complete.The further government reform will face the hard task and challenge to reestablish administration culture,further optimize government function and structure,innovate social administration system,establish and develop effective governmental relationship and administration,promote government capability,and construct government based on law.
