The curative effect of skin itching desensitization film on II～III degree pressure ulcers

Objective To study curative effect of skin itching desensitization film on Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree pressure ulcers.Methods 76 cases(with 120 Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree pressure sores)occurred inside or outside the hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the test group contained 38 patients(with 61 pressure sores)and the control group contained 38 patients(with 59 pressure sores).The test group was sprayed with skin itching desensitization film three times per day.While the control group was treated with 0.5% povidone-iodine three times per day.The cure rate,effective rate and average healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate and effective rate of test group were higher and the average healing time was shorter than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Using skin itching desensitization film to treat Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree pressure sores has significant advantages over 0.5% povidone-iodine.
