Abstract
The Dynasty Change from Ming to Qing was the final Dynasty alternation in Chinese feudal society.Ideological evolution was very complicated then.Upon the authors opinion,rationalistic Neo Confucianism and school of mind,which sprouted from traditional society,had no hope for recovery in fact.The only hopeful social ideology was that of govern and benefit the people and attain usefulness,which was just aroused.It was this ideology which obtained the joint affirmation from emperor and old scholars after the change of Dynasty ;and offered an ideological guaranttee for the society in the early days of Qing Dynasty to move towards stability and prosperity.
