Abstract

Objective To explore different doses of simvastatin on the treatment effect of coronary heart disease. Methods In 2010,treated our hospital 120 cases of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, group A with simvastatin 60mg/d,B group were treated with simvastatin 20mg/d,two groups using the other method for curing the same.To observe two groups of patients with elevated serum cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, triglyceride and other developments, close monitoring of the occurrence of adverse drug reactions. Results Applying the dose of 20mg/d B group, the patients with lipid regulation is better, and the adverse reactions occurred less often, good control of blood lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease.Total drug costs, patient satisfaction rate. Conclusion The application of 20mg/d in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease simvastatin process can obtain satisfactory curative effect,is worth the clinical promoted the use.
