Pursuit of Effective Teaching——Professional Development for Teachers

Abstract

To improve the quality of English education,teachers need to improve the quality of teaching,so that teachers can teach effectively and students can learn effectively.Enhancement of teaching level and promotion of teachers' overall quality are mutually complementary and reinforcing.To realize the sustainable development of both English teaching and professional development,teachers need to refresh attitudes and pursue effective teaching by taking teaching contents,teaching methods,teachers and students into consideration.
