The Subjects Behavior Analysis and Path Exploration of Rural Mortgage Guarantee Financing

Mortgage guarantee financing is in favor of revitalizing rural assets,and relieving the fund demand of rural development and rural urbanization process. By improving the traditional model of mortgage guarantee,the paper compared their expectation returns and behaviors before and after guarantee corporation joined in; considering the factors of the amount of loans in rural areas is smaller and the realization rate of collateral is lower,it discussed the significance of the guarantee corporation on promoting the development of rural finance. And then we pointed out an effective path to form healthy rural financial market: developing the rural economy and fund demand to attract investment of financial institutions.
