Abstract
Objective To study the characteristics of neural cells super microstructure after acute spinal cord in jury. Methods Following a controlled moderate degree compression injury to the lower thoracic spinal cord (T8.9)of rats and were sacrificed at 8 hours after injury. The segment of every spinal cord were cut for morphological studies. Results The cells in the compression region were fund different morphological characteristics mainly necrotic apoptosis and necrosis. Conclusion Our data suggested that morphological changes of neural cells after spinal cord injury is diversity.
