Selection of the Legislative Mode of Personality Right——Analysis of the Present Legislation and the Construction of the Future Legislation

Abstract

The legislative mode of the personality right protection can be classified as three different categories.There are apparent shortcomings in the concerning mode in the civil law of our country.We should choose a new legislative mode,i.e.,the general protection of civil rights,the right claim of personality,specific personalities,the right of claim of compensation for torts.
