Obstacle Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Professional Master′s Degree′s Development

This paper analyzes the reasons that the professional degrees such as Master of Engineering have degree certificates and have not educational background certificates and summarizes the disadvantageous influences on professional degree and postgraduate education.The proposals in which relational educational laws should be revised and the educational background certificate should be canceled are put forward,which will offer uniform platform for the development of scientific degree and professional degree.
