Abstract
Investigation on germplasm resources of Castanea henryi at production area in the south Zhejiang and the north Fujian resulted 23 varieties,they are five big-sized fruit,eight medium-sized ones and nine small-sized ones. Analysis on protein,sugar,starch and amino acid of these different varieties demonstrated evident difference.
