Abstract

The creation of dancing opera of our country in 1950s was still in its elementary stage.Dancing opera the Beauty Yuji as one of the representative works in this stage,borrowed the western creative techniques on one hand and also added some Chinese national artistic elements on the other,trying to make these two an organic combination in the aspect of music creation.As for the dancing part,the Beauty Yuji explored to lead a way of Chinese nationalized ballet giving a far-reaching influence on the development of Chinese dance.
