Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of nm23 gene and ras gene and the correlation with lymph node metastasis. Methods By using SP immunohistochemical methods, the nm23 H 1 and rasp21 expression of 76 breast tissues were detected, and the 5 year survival rate were followed up.Results nm23 H 1 gene expression were negative correlation with histologic tumor grade and lymph node metastasis ( P0.005,P0.05 ) ,and its expression was negative correlation with rasp21 expression in breast cancers, the patients with nm23 H 1 gene expression had higher 5 year survival rate than those with rasp21 positive expression. Conclusion nm23 H 1 gene and rasp21 gene were good factor to value prognosis of the cases with breart, and it was ever more effective that both of them were combined.
