Complete Change of the System and Resolution of the Problems of Farmers, Countryside and Agriculture

In China, problems of farmers, countryside and agriculture are not the same severe in the degree and the problem of farmers is the central part. The problems appeared due in part to the system so it requires a complete change of system, change to compensating industry with agriculture and vice versa, from a separate rule of city and countryside to the overall development of both, and we should reform our administrative structure, improve degree of farmer's organization.
