Abstract
AIM: To study the constituents of Hypericum Scabraum.its percentage composition. METHODS: Volatile oil was gained by steam distillation and extracted with ethyl acetate in Hypericum Scabraum.The components were identified by GC-MS.RESULTS: 41 constituents of volatile oil were determined,and identified up to 92.61% of the constituents,and 39 of which were reported firstly. CONCLUSION: The main constituents include Beta-Terpene、1.3.6-Octatriene、3.7-dimethy1-(Z) 1.3.6-Octatriene、3.7-dimethy1-(E)Delta-Cadinene,Gamma-Gadinene,Benzene,1-methoxy-4-(2-propeny1).
