Abstract
With the rapid development of service industry and contemporary economic services,the core competitiveness of service supply chain gradually becomes a hot research in the field of supply chain management and service operations,but it has no unified definition. Based on supply chain theory and competition theory,thi article cleares the connotation and formation mechanism of the core competitiveness of service supply chain,builds and verifles three forces model of the core competitiveness of service supply chain with customer knowledge management,resource integration and matching and supply chain collaboration,and provides theoretical and practical reference to improve the core competitiveness of service supply chain.
