AbstrcatA standard supply chain consists of eight subjects in different links:supplier, developer, manufacturer, distributor, retailer, information provider,commodity flow service provider, and customer. Being at different links of supply chain, they have different core competitiveness.Leadership over supply chain and biggest possible benefit return can be achieved through the following measures: becoming the dominator of supply chain cost integration by obtaining competition advantage within industry, strengthening core competitiveness in the multiple links of supply chain, cross-entering several supply chain and participating in supply chain management.
