Higher vocational education and development of regional economy

Abstract

Higher vocational education is considered as potential drive for regional economy.Hence,the paper claims that the vocational education needs reforming to adapt to development of regional economy.Countermeasures are proposed to promote the competitiveness of the higher vocational education for the sake of sustainable development.
