Abstract
The higher vocational education as the higher education that faces the local economy, is closest with the region economy development. On the one hand, the development level of regional economy decides the development scale and specialized structure of higher vocational education. On the other hand, the higher vocational education fosters the talent for the regional economy development, provides the science and technology resources, promotes the regional economy level enhancement.
