Diagnosis and analysis of 87 patients with uterine adenomyoma by color doppler ultrasonography

Objective To provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine adenomyoma by color Doppler ultrasound.Methods Eighty-seven cases of uterine adenomyoma were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,and the results were recorded and analyzed retrospectively.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of the uterine adenomyoma group was96.55%,and the rate of misdiagnosis was 3.45%.The combined use of ultrasound examination though abdominal and vaginal was much better than that of the single route of ultrasound examination.PI of the adenomyoma group was significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P 0.05).RI,BFV declined significantly(P 0.05).Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound is the preferred method for clinical diagnosis of uterine adenomyoma,it has high diagnostic accuracy rate.
