Differential diagnosis value of ultrasound contrast in uterine myoma and adenomyoma

Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonogram(USG) and the related quantitative indicators by ultrasound contrast to differentiate uterine myoma from adenomyoma.Methods:According to the results of conventional ultrasound examination,three groups were screened out,group A for uterine myoma,group B for adenomyoma and group C for uncertainty.All cases were performed the ultrasound contrast examination.The USG performance in each case was analyzed.Then,three time quantitative indicators of Tx,Td and Tp were screened out.Results:USG had obvious differences in uterine myoma and adenomyoma.Tx,Td and Tp had significant difference between uterine myoma and adenomyoma(P0.01).Conclusion:Ultrasound contrast significantly increases the differential diagnosis capabilities on uterine myoma and adenomyoma,which is a useful complement to conventional ultrasound.
