On the Historical Development of the Education in Early Tang Dynasty

The development of education in early Tang Dynasty experienced the following stages,namely Li Yuan's preliminary planning,the Great Leap Forward in Taizong period,the practical adjustment in Gaozong period,the artificial restrictions in Wu Zetian period as well as the real in the early reign of Xuanzong.The so-called prosperity was planning out politically and institutionally,but not the real situation of life.The profound influence of the education in Tang Dynasty on Chinese education was owing to its institutional innovation and improvement.
