Abstract

The reasons of development during the early Tang dynasty,was very more.The farming industry's development during the early Tang dynasty,Which was promoted the Tian Shui economy's development in the one hand,in the other hand found the basements for the capital Chang-An's development during the early Tang dynasty,and laying the foundations for the developing and managing of the area of XiYu.
