Abstract

Objective To study the clinical value of SWI in diffuse axonal injury.Materials and Methods Thirty-one cases of clinical definited diffuse axonal injury were examed by T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR and SWI sequences at 3.0T MRI scanner. Results SWI could clearly demonstrated more micro hemorrhage than those at conventional MR sequences. Conclusion SWI can offer more informations in diffuse axonal injury. It is an important clinical method in diagnosis and therapy of diffuse axonal injury.
