Analysis of the Restriction Factor in the Coordination of Urban and Rural Social Security Chongqing City

The development of social security as a social system not only decides its economic foundation,but also is limited by its political system.At present,the planning of urban and rural is facing the severe challenge.In this paper the factors affecting its development was analyzed from the administration system,the level of economic development,culture and psychological, the systematic influence and restrictive effect in urban and rural social security in Chongqing city were researched and the theoretical support for urban and rural social security-planning for further development was put forward.
